Process questions

How involved do I need to be?

About an hour a week: a weekly demo plus quick answers to questions on Slack or WhatsApp. We'll ask for more time during discovery and design.

Can I change requirements during the project?

Yes. In dedicated-team projects you set priorities every sprint. In fixed-price projects, we estimate changes and agree on them before starting.

How do payments work?

Fixed-price projects are paid in milestones (for example 30/40/30). Dedicated teams and support plans are billed monthly.

What happens after launch?

You get a warranty period for bug fixes, then can choose a monthly support plan or continue development with a dedicated team.
