Orders, production plans and stock were tracked in separate Excel files across departments. Management reports took days to prepare and were often out of date, which caused delayed shipments and over-buying of materials.

- Mapped the full order-to-shipment process with each department before design.
- Built ERP modules for orders, production planning, inventory, purchasing and shipments, launched in three phases.
- Added a mobile app for floor managers to update production progress in real time.
- Migrated historical data from spreadsheets and trained every department.
